Abstract submission

Important

Abstracts can be submitted by sending them as a .PDF to the following email address:

DZAday@kuleuven.be

The abstracts are limited to one page (A4), with a maximum of 1 figure and 400 words (references excluded). It should include a title, author list with institutions, a presenting author, and the preference for talk or poster format.

The final submission deadline is the 10^th of october.

By October 13, you will be notified of the outcome of your abstract.
